This Privacy Policy explains how MD Core Consulting LLC ("MD Core," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit mdcoreconsulting.llc, submit a contact request or employment application, communicate with us, or receive our services. This policy does not apply to third-party websites that we do not control.

Information you provide

  • Contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, and general location.
  • Client inquiry information, including the service requested, project details, and the content of your message.
  • Employment application information, including your résumé, work experience, skills, certifications, LinkedIn profile, availability, employment preferences, and other information you choose to submit.
  • Business and service information you provide while requesting a quote, consultation, or support.
  • Communications you send to us by email, phone, website form, social media, or other channels.

Information collected automatically

Our website and hosting or security providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps. We use this information for website operation, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information—such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, medical information, or government identification numbers—through our public forms.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide estimates, schedule consultations, and deliver requested services.
  • Evaluate employment candidates and match applicants with current or future opportunities.
  • Communicate about a request, application, project, contract, or business relationship.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations.
  • Protect MD Core, our clients, applicants, and others from fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your consent or another lawful basis.

4. How We Share Information

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email delivery, file transmission, security, and business operations. Our public contact and careers forms currently use FormSubmit to transmit submissions to MD Core.
  • Professional advisers and business partners when necessary to evaluate or perform a requested engagement and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety, property, or security.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

MD Core does not sell personal data. We also do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

MD Core does not currently use advertising cookies or maintain website user accounts. Our hosting, security, form-processing, or embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to provide, secure, or measure their services. You may control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary technologies may affect website functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, managing client relationships, evaluating candidates, meeting legal or contractual requirements, resolving disputes, and protecting our systems. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and our obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, email, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted to MD Core may have been compromised, contact us promptly.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal data. You may also have rights to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. MD Core does not currently engage in those activities.

To submit a privacy request, email info@mdcoreconsult.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

Texas residents

To the extent the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, Texas consumers may exercise the rights described above and appeal a decision by emailing us with the subject "Privacy Appeal." If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. Small businesses are generally exempt from most provisions of the Act, but MD Core will review reasonable privacy requests in good faith.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or services, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and form-processing services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, website practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
